Hello all.

Sorry for the lack of blogs, but I have been super busy looking after Maria and Leah......well that is a small lie. I have been busy running, working and trying to sleep.

Baby...........

Leah is doing fine, although all she seems to do at the moment is sleep, eat and poo. She is getting a bit more lively and even cracks out the odd little smile..........she is a real cutie. Maria is looking stunning and you would hardly notice she has given birth. It must have been all those years of running and gym work - she has just snapped back into shape, which is great for me - lol.

Running..........

Training has gone pretty well and I have not really missed that much running. It will take time to get back into a routine once I go back to work, but apart from the Brighton 10k next week I don't think I will be racing this side of Christmas anyway. I have felt really good the past 3 weeks and was gutted with my fall at Mansfield. My steady runs seem to be getting easier and my sessions are going well too. Hopefully I will get some sleep this week and run ok at Brighton. I will then take an easy week and have a chat with Lindsay about what races to go for next.

Congrats to Darren on his wonderfull news - its not that bad mate, well at the moment anyway.
