They are upon us again and it looks like this year will be as hard to win as any. Newham, Bedford and Aldershot will all be raring to go on Sunday and then add Leeds, Birchfield and Tipton to the national it could be a great race. I never seem to run that well at the Southerns due to coming back from a break, but then again who wants the be flying in September.  I'm also looking forward to catching up will some of the lads I have not seen for  good while.  The midlands relays looked a good race with Nicholls leading Tipton to a close silver behind winners Birchfield "Africans" Harriers.

Training has been going pretty well and I'm still ticking over and doing a few sessions and some steady running. I have also been in the gym a few times and will hope to keep this going throughout the winter. Maria wanted a home gym so I revamped our garage and brought a top of the range running machine, Ski machine and a gym bike,  I also installed a multi gym, which is the only real piece I use. You can get some real good bargains if you search around.

Maria has only 5 weeks to go before the new addition arrives, she is looking really well and looks cute with the bump. We have also added Demi to our list of girls names which included Emily, Danni and Ryan for a boy.
