Hello all.........

First of all - great running by everyone at the relays last week. It was a really close race for silver and bronze. We(Belgrave) were chuffed to bits with a silver after losing Milesy with a bad cold - how can you replace him? well Jonesy done a really good job and looks like he is coming back to form. The shine was taken off the race when I heard Nicholls was in a bad way after running himself to a stand still. Thankfully Phil has recovered and is on his way back.

This week has been a pretty busy week for me. Maria is almost ready to pop, and I have been trying to get as much done at work before I take a break. I have also trained pretty hard this week and capped the week off with a great session down Loughborough with Nicholls, Goolab, Mccormick and coach Dunne with the watch....... although he was seen later tearing up one of the grass fields while we were warming down.

Up next.........

I hope to run Mansfield next week, although this depends on when Maria goes into labour. Hopefully the baby will come a few days early, or a few days late, although if I have to miss the race its not the end of the world as im not a cross country lover - just like to help the team out. Maria's mum has come over for 5 weeks or so, and her dad is coming over on Tuesday. We will then be spending just over 2 weeks at christmas in Ireland with them, so we will have plenty of hands to help us out from her lovely family during the first few month's.
