Armagh 5K

Armagh 5k - 14:24.

Great race, great field, and a pretty good time for me.

I felt really good during the race and ran the last 200 pretty strong, which is something I have been lacking of late. Even managed to push the pace on at the front of our little group, which is something I very rarely do as I normally slow everyone down.

Splits

1k - 2:49

2k - 5:45

3K - 8:37

4k - 11:30

5k - 14.24

Pretty consistent splits, though I feel I could have maybe run the last k a little faster. Still 14:24 is the second fastest I have ever run on the roads so I was more than pleased, add that to the other great news I received this week and its been a cracker.

Trafford 10k is next up.......
