Cardiff 1500m - 8th 3:51.1

My first 1500 for about 10 weeks and it went ok.

400 - 62

800 - 2:04

bell - 2:50ish

Felt pretty good early on and closed up right behind the leaders with 150m to go, they kicked and I didn't, although my mind wanted my legs thought otherwise. I have only done 2 real 1500 sessions during the last few month's so the race went a little better than I thought - may even be tempted to run another one.

On a better note I ran faster than Goolab who was almost in tears on the way home. Its like Storey beating Mo over a 1500, or Woods taking Twell out.

Shame on you Goolab..........................
