Middlesex Cross Country Champs

So I hit the Cross Country on Saturday, I know what your thinking............

Middlesex Champs was the race and Trent Park was the venue - dame hilly. I have won the race twice in the last few years and fancied another crack at winning my title back.

Weather - Freezing cold
Ground - Frozen
Hopes - high

So off we went, the plan was to start very easing and push on halfway round and bring the large trophy home. In fact i was leading after 3 minutes and felt great, so just kept pushing and ended up winning by 50 seconds or so, feeling great and looking strong according to the wife. I will be hoping that will be enough to get me pre selected for the world cross as I don't plan on running another Cross race this winter.
