Trainingsession 17th October - 23rd October

M- 10 mile.  It was Monday so it rained all night long!!!
T- 10 mile pm.
W- 10 mile run from work.  Made for an interesting change to have to run from work again due to a late meeting.
T- 10 mile run pm.
F- 6 mile run pm.
S- Travelled to Italy for a mountain relay on Sunday.  Set off very early so eneded up at race hotel for lunchtime.  Ran a lap of the course to remind myself just how steep the downhill section is and how much it was going to hurt me.  5 mile.
S- 54th Trofeo Vanoni Relay.  I was on leg 1 with Murray Strain on 2 and Robbie Simpson on 3.  Team finished 2nd.  Write up in race reports.  Ended up running about 15 miles by the time I had warmed up, done the race, ran round it again to watch the other two and did a warm down with them.

Weekly total- 66 miles.
