Trainingsession 3rd October - 9th October
Still taking it easy after the Berlin Marathon. Have to keep telling myself the marathon was only two weeks ago and to get myself to take it steady.
M- Rest Day.
T- 10 mile pm.
W- 6.5 mile pm. Didn't feel great so just did a shorter run than planned.
T- 10 mile pm.
F- Rest Day.
S- 10 mile from Uni Playing Fields.
S- 10 mile. 1 mile warm up and then the Reservoir Jogs 9 mile race. Ran it steady. Won in 52 mins. Race was all off road round four reservoirs up the road from us.
Weekly total- 46.5 miles.
