Trainingsession 4th April - 10th April

M- 10 mile pm
T- Warm up, 10 x 2mins off 1min jog, warm down.  11 mile total.
W- 10 mile pm
T- 7 mile pm with Carl Harman.
F- 6 mile am.  Physio in the afternoon at Athlete Matters.
S- 2 mile warm up,leg 1 of National Road Relays, 3 mile warm down. (10 mile total)
S- 1 mile warm up, first half of the Brighton Marathon.  After I decided not to run VLM I was asked to pace the Brighton Marathon to half way.  Course was a tough first half with all the climbing in the first half.  Weather was warm and windy.

Weekly total- 68 miles

A small week but it was needed .  Runs have gone well and I was pleased with my run at the National Road Relays.  The next few weeks will see a return to some good runs and some good speed sessions.
