Trainingsession April 26th-2nd May

 

M- Rest day
T- Rest day (Massage at night)
W- Rest day
T- 5 mile run. Very steady. Tight claves and tightness in left bum cheek.
F- 6 mile run. Went on the low fells because I can't wait to get back up on them now the summer evenings are coming.
S- 6 mile steady
S- 7 mile steady. Calves feeling better each day I have run.

(I don't think I will need a calculator to add this weeks running up!)

Total mileage- 24 miles.
