Trainingsession Training 11th July - 17th July

M- 11 mile pm with Matt Shaw, Matt Barnes and Dave Norman.  I was shattered.  Didn't get much sleep since the race Sunday with all the travelling.  Grabbed an hour on the plane but couldn't get comfortable.  Had a short sleep in the afternoon after watching Kadi's first sports day.  She looked the part in the adidas trackie and trainers.
T- 6 mile pm.  Ran the Gravy 6 route to check it out before we stage our race on Sunday.  I was real tired all day Tuesday.
W- 10.67 mile run with Matt Shaw.  Ran round Sale Water park area.
T- 6 mile am. 6 mile pm.  Today was the school prom so I was rushing my evening run as I left work late due to an Health and Safety course I was on. 
F- 6 mile am.  8.12 mile pm.
S- Morning session on my oen at Dovestones.  Warm up, 7 sets of hill and Ks.  Warm down.  This link should take you to my Garmin Connect for the session.  11.82 mile.  Would have been drier if I had swam in the reservoir and not ran next to it!!! 6.18 mile run pm.
S- 20 mile run at 5.20 am.  This is the Garmin Connect for the run.  Had to get out early as we stage the Gravy 6 on this date and I need my long run out of the way as I wouldn't feel like doing it later in the afternoon.  6 mile run at 1pm with Jason Ward as we checked all the tape was removed from the race course.

Weekly total- 97.79mile

After a steady tired start to the week the mileage steadily increased as the week went on.  This next week will see me start with doble days but these will drop off as I ease down for the International Snowdon Race which is on Saturday.  I am running for England at the event and want to do well.
