Trainingsession Training 12th July - 18th July

Last of the big weeks running has now gone and two easier weeks follow, only thing is they are never easy because I find running less miles as hard mentally as running lots of miles.

M- 6 mile am, 10 mile on the moors pm.
T- 6 mile am, session in the evening.  Warm up, 10 x 3mins off 1 min jog, warm down. 12 miles.  Got piss wet through! Physio at Athlete Matters after the session.  Went down to Trafford to watch Donna race. (2.08.02)
W- 6 mile am, 11 mile pm.
T- 15 mile and a late meeting at work.
F- 6 mile am, 6 mile pm.
S- Session from Sports City.  warm up, 6 x 1mile off 2 mins jog recovery, warm down. (13 miles) 6 miles pm with Carl Hardman.
S- 14 mile in total.  Busy day with organising the Gravy 6 Trail Race.  200 runners finished the race which was a record turn out.

Weekly Total- 111miles.

This weeks mileage looks like a small amount after hearing what Dave Norman has run this last week!!!!  Felt good on all my runs and was pleased with my sessions.  This next week is my last week at school for a few weeks.  Hopefully it will be easier than the last few weeks.  Off to Alton Towers Wednesday with 650 kids!!!!!!
