Trainingsession Training 12th September - 18th September
M- 10 miles pm with Matt Shaw from Trafford AC. Nice steady paced run.
T- 7 mile pm.
W- Track session. 1.6 mile warm up. 16 x 400m off 30 secs recovery. 2.10 mile warm down. Did the session with Matt Shaw and Josh. Donna and Stu Heaton did some of the session with us but only did 300m reps. The 10th rep got interesting as it was Donnas last rep and she thought she would be able to overtake me. It hurt me, but I just managed to keep the wife behind me and let her know her place!!! (Total 8 mile)
T- 6 mile pm.
F- Rest day!
S- North West Road Relays, Sefton Park, Liverpool. 1.6 mile warm up and some strides. 3.27 mile race, leg 2 16.15 (Second fastest time of the day) 3.5 mile warm down. (Total 9 mile)
S- 9 mile steady run off road with Donna.
Weekly total - 49 miles.
Easy week easing down for the marathon on 25th September.
