Trainingsession Training 13th September - 19th September

This week was a planned easier week with the Great North Run on the Sunday.  Mileage has been good until this weeks easier week.

M- 6 mile am. 10 mile pm from Sale Harriers.
T- Track session.  Second one in two weeks!!!  Warm up 2 miles, 12 x 400m off 30 secs, 5.09 mile warm down at a good pace. 
W- 10.46 mile pm with Gaz nice and steady.
T- 6.05 mile pm on the canal and low fells.
F- 7 mile with 10 x 1min hard off 1 min recovery.
S- 4.04 mile run once I got to Newcastle.
S- Great North Run. 2 mile run, 13.1 mile race, 65.37.  No warm down.  Was planning to do 6 miles but for the second time in 48 hours UK Doping wanted some piss!

Weekly total- 68.56

Please with how the week went.  Training is going well and even though I don't feel I am at my fastest I still feel strong.
