Trainingsession Training 15th November - 21st November

M- 10.79 miles. 1.03.11 First 10 miles were in 57.30 and then ran with Donna on her warm down around Citys stadium.  Felt good. Exercises at night on the swiss ball.
T- Supposed to have been my first track session back.  Did the warm up of about 2 miles.  one mile off two mins recovery.  Felt ok, nothing to write home about.  3 x 400m and then called it a day.  Lungs were on fire and the bit of a cold I was carrying was obviously effecting things.  Long warm down. 3 miles. Total 8 miles. Exercises at night on the swiss ball.
W- 6 miles am.  Core stability class in the evening at Athlete Matters.
T- 10.07 miles.  59.50.81 Hilly route.  Same route as last Thursday but in reverse. Exercises at night on the swiss ball.
F- 6 miles am.
S- 10.53 mile.  Waited till later on Saturday afternoon to go out running.  Couldn't decide if to do a session or just a run.  Had a clod since Tuesday.  When I got going I felt ok so decided to do mile reps.  Ended up doing 5 x 1mile off 2 mins jog. I picked up the old Hyde 7 road race route but in reverse.  Felt ok, a little tired towards the last rep which was up hill mainly.
S- Sunday run on the moors with Matt Shaw.  He came for a steady run, we stayed steady but took in some climbs.
Weekly total- 63.83 miles.

Another good weeks of running for without much problem with my leg.  This next week I think I will look at increasing the mileage a little.
