M- 6 mile am, 10.27 mile pm.
T- 6 mile am.  Session pm. Warm up, 16 x 1min, warm down. 10.18 mile in 57 mins. Garmin link.
W- 6 mile am.
T- 5.48 mile pm.
F- 6.32 mile am.
S- Snowdon Mountain Race.  1 mile warm up. 9.47 mile with 1000m of climb.  1st place (Just)  Report in race report section. Garmin link.
S- 15.01 mile with Carl.  Ran steady and kept to flat ground.  Running downhill hurts!

Weekly total- 75.73 mile

Good weeks running with a big race on Saturday.  Race was very tough and battered the legs.  Will need a few easy days now before starting back on sessions.
