Trainingsession Training 19th December - 25th December

M- 12.60 mile pm from Sports City
T- Track session. 2.5 mile warm up. 12 x 400m off 30 secs.4.38 mile warm down. Track session felt tough.  (Total- 9.88 mile)
W- 10.26 mile in the afternoon.
T- 6.09 mile round Daisy Nook.  Felt a bit under the weather so decided to run very steady and just a short run.
F- 6 mile.
S- 2.64 mile warm up, 16 x 1 min off 30 secs (3.78 mile) 2.05 mile warm down.  Felt a bit better today doing the efforts.  (Total- 8.47 mile)
S- 6 mile nice and early.

Weekly Total- 59.3 mile.

Smaller week mileage wise, but felt a bit run down this week and struggling to shift a cold that wont go away!  Aiming to run Ribble Valley 10k on Tuesday.
