Trainingsession Training 1st November - 7th November

This week I ran everyday which was very pleasing.

M- 9 mile pm round Sports City.
T- 9.14 mile with Carl, paul and Phil.  Did what Paul calls the Mossley hill run.  Mossley is a hilly place and the run links together loads of the good hills in the area.
W- 6.07 mile pm
T- 9.30 mile pm.  Wet and windy evening.
F- 6 mile pm
S- 10.63 miles.  All off road.  Very wet under foot on the trails and moors.
S-12 Miles, all on the fells.  Tried to take in as many steep hills as possible.

Weekly total- 62.14 mile

Very pleased to be running each day.  This next week I will be looking at repeating my one day of about 10 mile followed by a day of 6 mile.  I have also been doing my exercises each night but missed my core class on Wednesday as I was too busy to get there.  Hopefully this week, football traffic permitting I will make the class.
