Trainingsession Training 20th June - 26th June

M- 6 mile am.  13.05 mile pm.  Ran from Sale on Monday night with a few others.  Kept it steady.
T- 6 mile am. 10.19 mile pm.  Ran from work as I had a late meeting I had to stop around for.  Took in some nice climbs on the hills above Rochdale.
W- 6 mile am.  Track session pm.  2.07 mile warm up. 8 sets of 400m, 30 secs recovery, 600m, 200m jogs recovery.  Hit them as hard as I could but the 400s were not very quick.  600m were better.  Strange! 2.10 mile warm down. (10 mile total)
T- 6 mile am. 10.90 mile pm.  Ran a lot of the run with Andy Kay who I bumped in to on the moors.
F- 6 mile am. 6.04 mile pm.
S- Session on my own early Saturday morning.  Warm up, session of 6 sets of hills and flat effort.  Hill was about 1.40mins long, flat about 2.30mins long.  Hit them all hard and felt good.  Warm down.  (Session total 11.21mile) 6.01 mile pm.
S- 21.83 mile am.  Ran the first 10 mile hard on my own in 58.30 mins.  Mainly on canals and roads the first 10.  Met up with a group of Salford runners for the second part of run.  Mainly off road on the moors so pace became steady.

Weekly Total- 119.23 miles.

Slightly higher mileage than I was aiming for this week but it seemed to go to plan.  The runs and sessions have all gone well.  This next week should be as big before an easier week before the trip to the European Mountain Running Champs in Turkey.
