Trainingsession Training 21st November -27th November
M- 10 mile steady with Matt Shaw around Manchester. Steady run needed after yesterdays Preston 10.
T- 10 mile steady from home.
W- Track session. 2 mile warm up, 12 x 600m off 200 jog, 2 mile warm down. (10 mile total)
T- 12.79 mile pm.
F- 6 mile am.
S- Session in Heaton Park. 3 mile warm up. 5 sets of the hill and K loop. Felt ok doing them. 2.5 mile warm down, (Total 10.5 mile) 5 mile late afternoon.
S- 17 mile off road with Carl Hardman.
Weekly total- 81.29 miles.
A good weeks training. Felt good on my sessions and recovered from the Preston 10 well.

Average was 1.43. They varied from 1.42 - 1.45.
