Trainingsession Training 25th July - 31st July

M- Very easy 6 mile run from sale Harriers.  Legs battered.
T- Legs still very sore so another steady 6 mile run.
W- Physio.  Got a complete battering at www.athletematters.com but it did the trick.  10 mile pm in 58 mins.
T- 10.40 mile all off road.  Kept the run steady. Went to Saddleworth Running club PM to run with the junior group, a very steady 2.8 miles.
F- 6 mile am. 5.35 mile pm.
S- 2.67 mile warm up, 6 mile tempo, 4.27 mile warm down.  Hit the tempo run hard and maintained a good pace.  was good to be be back doing something faster than steady running.  5.56 mile pm.
S- Long Sunday run. 22.64 mile.  was supposed to be 25 miles but stopped at 22.64 as I was very dehydrated.

Weekly total- 87.69 mile.
