Trainingsession Training 25th October - 31st October

Another week which started with no running.  I was told by my coach not to run for two weeks after the Commonwealths so I have been climbing the walls with boredem and when not doing that I have been doing some core work and going to Athlete Matters for physio and core classes.

M- No Running. Exercise at home.
T- No Running. Physio and exercises.
W- No Running. Core class at Athlete Matters
T- No Running. Exercises at home.
F- No Running. Exercise at Athlete Matters I made some videos when I was there and will upload them as part of my blog.
S- 5 miles am.  Felt ok.  Was bloody good to be out running again. Exercises pm.
S- 6 miles am. Exercises at night.

Weekly total- 11 miles.

I am not in a rush to get back running, but I was missing it.  I started out running a long time ago now and missed going out running everyday.  I am not one for sitting in and watching TV, unless its the X-Factor, so I was getting bored.  The house has never been so tidy.

know the feeling, just returned from a 6 week break due to hamstring issue. So good to be out just running again.
