Trainingsession Training 26th September - 2nd October

M- Rest day.
T- Rest day.
W-3.9 mile pm.  Ran very steady.  Felt fine.
T- 4.2 mile very steady.  Tight claves both legs.  Was booked in at www.athletematters.com anyway for a treating to by Duncan.
F- Rest day.
S- 9 mile am around Heaton Park.  Legs felt fine and enjoyed the steady run.
S- 10 mile am.  Mainly off road to Dovestones, back via the canal.  Felt great.  Ran relaxed and managed to do my usual run in normaltime.

Weekly total- (No need for a calculator this week!!!) 27.1 miles.

Pleasing recovery week.  After marathons I have done variuous things from having a total week off to running the day after!  Tghis time I took the two days off and then decided to do a short run.  I was missing the running really so decided to see how the legs would feel.  Hopefully I have done the right thing.  I am having tomorrow off as I have a long day at work planned with open evening and will now run again Tuesday and see if the legs are still feeling ok.
