Trainingsession Training 28th March - 3rd April
M- 6 mile am. 8 mile pm.
T- 10.22 mile pm. Link to the run here. Ran all off road on the fells. Welcome back to the lighter nights! Very hilly run.
W- 6 mile am, 6 mile pm. Busy day at work with it being options evening. Had to work late so only managed to fit in two 6 milers.
T- 15 mile pm. Started off road on the fells and ended up coming back on the canal. Felt good.
F- 6 mile am, 6 mile pm.
S- Session in Heaton Park. Warm up, 5 x 1 mile with 2 mins recovery. Warm down. 11 mile total.
S- Foolish Hyde 5 mile trail race. One lap for warm up and one lap in the race. Felt ok. Very muddy section which Donna didn't like too much. 7 mile in the afternoon. 17 mile total for the day.
Weekly total- 91.22 miles
Surprized with the weekly mileage after a few easier days. Mileage for the next couple of months wont go much over this as we are going to focus on developing some speed and strength.
