Trainingsession Training 28th November - 4th December

M- 10.64 mile from Sports City with Dave Norman.  Steady pace.
T- Track session. 2 mile warm up, 16 x 400m, 3.08 mile warm down.  Session went very well.  My best set of 400s for a little while.  Felt relaxed doing them. (Total- 9.08 miles)
W- 11 mile off road.  Ran in the daylight due to being off work on strike.  Clarkson would line us up and shoot us all but at least I got a run done in the daylight!!!
T- 13.34 mile run.  Ran it hard. Garmin link here.
F- Steady 6 mile run.
S-Session in Heaton Park. 2.5 mile warm up. 4 x mile.  (One long mile, normal mile, long mile, normal mile) 3 mile warm down. (Total- 9.5 mile) 6 mile afternoon when I marked out my Fell Race route.
S-14 mile run am.  Freezing cold.  Could have cried when on the moors I was that cold!  Snowing, sleeting, raining and windy. garmin link here. 6 mile early afternoon removing tape from the Fell Race.

Weekly total- 85.56 mile.
