Trainingsession Training 29th August - 4th September

M- 10.17 mile run am.  6 mile pm.
T- 6 mile am. Track session pm.  Trained on the track at Sports City.  2.4 mile warm up. 16x400m off 30 secs recovery. 2k tempo at 6 min pace for the 2k. 3 mile warm down.  (10.65 mile total) Felt very good on my session.  Decided to do the 2k after the 400s to help pace matt Barnes round.
W- 6.04 mile am.  10.20 mile mainly off road.  Went up on the moors behind our house.  Lovely night, just starting to get dark earlier now and the heather has all turned purple.  Autumn is on its way!
T- 6 mile am.  Tempo run evening.  1 hour. 10 min warm up, 1 hour tempo and warm down.  15.27 mile.  Left hamstring was very tight after the tempo probably from shifting heavy machines in work.
F- 6 mile am.  Rested pm as hamstring was still tight.
S- Session in Wythenshawe Park with Matt Barnes.  Warm up, 6 x 5 mins off 2 mins recovery, warm down.  11 mile total.  6.60 mile pm.
S- Long sunday run.  All on my own as Hardman was off pot hunting.  Did similar run to last Sunday.  25 miles.

Weekly Total- 118.93 miles
