Trainingsession Training 2nd Jan - 8th Jan

M- 6 mile am.  12.35 mile run late afternoon.  Ran to Blockbusters to return some DVDs.
T- Track session at Sports City. 3 mile warm up, 16 x 400m off 30 secs, 3 mile warm down.  This has to be the windiest day I have ever trained on the track in.  Times were seconds down on where they were before Chrismas. (10 mile total)
W- 6 mile am.  10 mile pm.  It went from windy weather to very wet weather!!! 
T- 7 mile.
F- 6 mile.
S- Greater Manchester Cross Country Championships.  Woodbank Park, Stockport.  2 mile warm up. 6.84 mile race.  Garmin of the race.  First place. 3 mile warm down.  Very muddy course.  Write up of race in race reports.
S- 20 mile road run.  Set off just before 7am to get the run done and to leave time for rest.  Garmin of the run (Battery went just after 18 miles)

Weekly total- 89.19 miles.

A good weeks training with a race.  Not raced for what seems like ages with missing the 10k and a fell race over Christmas through having a cold.
