Weekly Mileage- 111.2 miles.
A final big week before I begin a two week ease down for the marathon. Things have gone well. Tuesdays 3k was tough going but I was feeling tired.

Hi Steve,
Andi Posted on September 20th, 2011My morning runs are what they are. I fall out of bed at 5am and am running off the estate at 5.05. I dont wear my Timex Global Trainer in the morning to record pace etc as I know my run distance because it's the same each day. I just run as I feel and I am always back within 40 mins. So a pace of just over 6.20 minutes I would think. My evening runs tend to result in 10 miles in an hour if I am on the flat ground around sale. If running at home there might be a few slower miles in the run to take account for the hills.

Pacing
Do you run your morning runs and general runs where you don't specify a pace or session at a steady pace? Within a certain heart rate range or speed compared to race pace?
