Trainingsession Training 8th August - 14th August
M- 7.21 mile run am. 10 mile pm with Matt Shaw.
T- 10.17 mile am. 10.08 mile pm.
W- 5.43 mile am. Track session PM. 2.16 mile warm up. Session on track. 16 x 400m with 30 seconds recovery. 3.10 mile warm down. Session was tough on my own. Weather didn't help, wet and windy. Was pleased with my lap times and how I felt doing them.
T- 6.22 mile am.
F- 6.05 mile am.
S- 2 mile warm up. World Mountain Running Trail, Witton Park, Blackburn. (12k) 2nd place. 1.5 mile warm down.
S- 23.62 mile long run. Ran first 10 mile at a good pace on canal paths and then headed off road on the moors with Carl Hardman. Felt good on the run and was very pleased.
Weekly total- 98.54 miles.
Very pleasing weeks trainings. Seem to be over my stomach problems of the week before and feel to be getting stronger. This next week will be another good mileage week as I am going away on Tuesday for ten days.
