Trainingsession Training 8th November - 14th November

This week I ran everyday of the week and am steadily building up my mileage each week.

M-9.55 miles steady from Sports City, Manchester.
T- 9 mile steady around Sports City, Manchester.
W-6 mile am.  Did my run early as I wanted to get to the core stability class and wouldnt have time for both if I left my run till the evening.
T- 10.01 mile with Jason Ward.  We were running along at a good pace but took in several hills on a wet and windy evening. 63mins 50secs.
F- 6 mile am.  Got my run done early before work so I could just come home and relax.
S- First session since my break. 3 x 5mins off 2 mins jog recovery.  Steady warm up and down. 10.28 miles in 60 mins 23 secs.  Hit my efforts hard and elt good.  Didn't have no pain in my leg which was encouraging.
S- 12.11mile in 90 mins.  All off road and very hilly and muddy.  Set off from Tintwistle village and ran over to Lads Leap, round the new Youth Hostel and back down the resers.  Along the resers got a little quicker and then it was back up the track to Lads Leap.  Mileage pace went from sub 6 min miling to 10 min+ miling.  Was great to be out on the moors on my own on such a lovely morning.

Weekly total- 62.95 miles.

Along with my daily runs I have been keeping up with my exercises each day.  I hope to keep doing the exercises daily until I start back on double days and will then review when to fit them in.
