The works started

So here we are, early January and the London Marathon is now just 15 weeks away.  And I am looking forward to it.
The training is going to steadily increase over the coming weeks.  I have made a list of races that will be in the training.  Some of them will be part of the training and others will be eased down for and help give an indication of how the training is going.
The problem is with increasing the mileage is I am also back at work now.  But it sometimes helps me in the training to have a very strict routine I stick to.  Up at 5am, run, shower, breakfast, work etc etc.  This routine means I fit everything in during the day and also means I get to bed a reasonable time.
Problems I see occurring now are with Kadi.  She is obviously at the age now where she wants to go to clubs and activities.  She has recently started dance lessons but these fit in well on a Saturday morning.  Hopefully she will be interested in sports and we can get her to all the different activities she wants to try out.  What could be better than Kadi training at Sports City as Donna and I train at the same venue?  But we will have to see what interests her.
This last week has flown by.  Back to work last Wednesday and it was straight back in.  This is the busy term at work with the students all finishing their coursework off as well.
Anyway, only five weeks now till half term I am told, so am using that week as something to look forward to.
Have a good week.
