Northern Road Relays

This race was going to go one or two ways.  I was either going to run ok or not ok.  As it happened I wasn't to disappointed.  Breaking 17 minutes should have been easy but I was still knocking the miles out in preparatiuon for the marathon.  Team finished 4th which is the one place we didn't want to finish. Well done to Jonny Gilby and Derby on there great win.
