Traford Open 3k

Well what can I take from this race?  8.48 and there was me telling Matt Shaw I would get a SB!!  No where near, but hey ho life goes on!!!  No excuses, I did feel tired but thats to be expected from the mileage.  Oh and it was windy!!!  But it just wasn't to be.  Not that I got to bothered about it.  Just went home and had a fry up!!!!  Can't beat bacon grill, fried egg, beans on toast!!!  At least I was second behind (A long way behind) Joe Bailey.  Thats track racing done for the year, who knows what I will do next year!!!!
