Monday

Am: 10*1 min hard/1 min easy. I drove up from Phoenix this morning so felt pretty rough going into this workout. Very sluggish.

Pm: 62 mins easy + Core

Tuesday

Am: 90 mins easy. Very tired this morning

Pm: 49 mins easy

Wednesday

Am: 6 mile steady state @ Buffalo Park. Very windy and cold so made it extremely tough to run hard. Greg wanted us to take it quite easy anyway so it was probably a blessing to have bad conditions.

Pm: 51 mins easy

Thursday

Am: 73 mins slow. Extremely cold

Pm: 59 mins + Core

Friday

Am: 84 mins easy on treadmill. I felt good this morning and picked up the last few miles to get my legs going

Pm: 35 mins easy

Saturday

Am: 2.28.45. I felt good this morning and the weather was great. My leg was achy for the rest of the day

Sunday

Am: 80 mins easy. My leg was a little achy from yesterday so I will take the rest of the day off

Mileage: 132

I don't have a set pace for my easy runs. I run them depending on how I feel. If I feel bad I run slow, if I feel good then I run a little quicker. That pace can be anywhere between 5.30 to 7.30 pace.
