Monday - AM - 41 mins steady at 6.30/mile (6.5)
PM - 39 mins home from work. 6.36/mile (6)
Tuesday - 58 mins steady round the Heath at 6.55/mile (8.5)
Wednesday - 15/15/15 getting progressively quicker. Started at 5.55/mile and ended up at 5.04/mile. Felt quite good! (9)
Thursday - 45 mins easy at 6.57/mile. No pain from harder runnign yesterday.(6.5)
Friday - REST
Saturday - 75 mins with 4 mile hilly tempo around 3 laps on the heath on the loop in 20.50. (11.5)
57.5 miles. Still no pain, and some tempo and double days in there too so all good!
