Trainingsession 12th - 18th June
Sunday - REST
Monday - 35 mins home from work (5.5)
Tuesday - 35 mins to wrk steady along canal at 6.29 miling and 147 bpm (5.5)
Wednesday - 41 mins steady round Regents Park at 6.29 miling and 151 bpm. Felt rubbish! (6.5) Saw physio who said to crack on and see how we go.
Thursday - 35 mins home from work as leg very sore from physio yesterday at 6.10 miling (5.5)
Friday - 55 mins along canal with Jim Savage. Same deadish feeling in leg but was ok. 6.12 miling and 145 bpm. (9)
Saturday - AM - 41 mins easy round Regents Park at 7 min miling (6.5)
PM - 75 mins with 3 x 10mins tempo in. I had to run 20 mins to get a clear bit of canal to do tempo on! Was very windy and so 5.05 miling on way out, and 5.16 on way back. (13). Sore hip later and was stretching after and could really aggravate it with a certain stretch. Was sorer after!
51 miles. Had to pull back due to soreness at start fo week, then started to try and get going agian. Still pain there but I'm tempted to just keep runnign and see what happens... Pretty bored of this now. I CAN run on it, it's just abit sore and then I can notice it niggline incessantly all the time throughout the day.
