Trainingsession 12th July - 18th July
Sunday 12th - 50mins easy on the treadmill in York (8 miles)
I don't usally run on treadmills but I don't know York (Lila (girlfriend) lives up there) very well so opted for the treadmill option in her lounge! Am just doing easy running this week as a sort of mini break after AAA 10k last week before I start building up the miles again!
Monday 13th - 47mins to Victoria Park and back along canal (7.5 miles)
Tuesday 14th - AM - 47 mins Victoria Park and back (7.5 miles) with Sam Aldridge (my housemate)
Wednesday 15th - 47mins to Victoria Park and back (AGAIN) with Sam (7.5 miles)
Thursday 16th - 59 mins to Regents Park and back (other direction along the canal!) (9 miles)
Friday 17th - 45mins to Vicky Park and back. 6.16 miling average this time. Me and Sam did somequicker miles (a 5.58 and a 6.02)when he made the stupid attempt at trying to drop me. We both felt quite good and broke up the monotony a bit. (7.5 miles)
Saturday 18th - REST
Only 47 miles this week - but this will be rising rapidly over the coming weeks! Was intended to be a mini rest week so is fine by me.
