Trainingsession 13th -19th December
Sunday - horror hangover after birthday party
Monday - 50mins steady. Didn't feel very fit! (7.5)
Tuesday - horror hangover after work Xmas party....
Wednesday - 30 mins steady (4.5)
Thursday - 40 mins steady (6.5)
Friday - 30mins on treadmill due to snow! (4.5)
Saturday - Treadmill broke and the snow up North was all compacted on the pavement so didn't think it was worth the risk.... I did 7 mins if that counts? (1 mile)
24 miles. Well, I'm running again. It doesn't feel very nice. I've also been drinking beer. Quite a lot. Must stop that again now! Well, soon.
