Trainingsession 13th - 19th June
Sunday - 2hours 6 at 6.15 miling (20 miles). Ran along canal and at a decent clip for lots of it (sub 6 milng). Felt alright actually.
Monday - PM - 58 mins steady at 6.06 miling. (9.5). Along canal from work. The pace felt comfortable again.
Tuesday - AM - 60 mins easyish at 6.40 miling (9).
PM - 59 mins steady running home. 6.35 miling. (9)
Wednesday - AM - 43 mins easy (6.5). Hilly easy run but tried not to push too hard up the hills
PM - 68 mins with 6 x 1mile on the track in off 200m jog. Tried to keep it controlled but probably felt harder than it should have at this pace. (4.59, 5.01, 5.01, 5.01, 5.01, 4.56). Was a windy day too but still would have liked to have felt more comfortable. (11.5)
Thursday - 73 mins steady at 6.52 miling. Hilly run and kept it quite easy. Legs felt heavy. (11)
Friday - AM - 45 mins at 6.44 miling. hilly run and kept it relaxed where possible (7)
PM - 42 mins easy with Lee Merrien in Guernsey at 6.57 miling. (6)
Saturday - 50mins easy with Fraser and Lee at 7.08 miling. (7)
96.5 miles An ok week. Feeling alright on runs but sessions aren't where I'd like. Still feeling just that little stretched.
