Trainingsession 15th - 20th May
Sunday - 1hr42 along the Dollis Brook path. Dave Bedford told me about this when I bumped into him in a pub a few weeks ago! a pretty good flat path to run on. Got a bit lost so did a bit longer than I meant to but hip was good. 6.41 miling, 144 bpm. (15.5 miles)
Monday - REST
Tuesday - AM - 35 mins easy around the heath at 7.16 miling (5)
PM - 8 x 800m alternating between tempo/5k pace off 90 secs with Ben Nagy up at Wood Green. 2.25, 2.18, 2.24, 2.17, 2.24, 2.15, 2.24, 2.14. Hip felt ok but felt a bit rusty generally. (11)
Wednesday - 46 mins easy at 7.24 miling (6)
Thursday - AM - 48 mins steady at 6.48 miling (7)
PM - 47 mins steady at 6.43 miling (7)
Friday - 43 mins steady at 6.39 miling (6.5)
Saturday - 50 mins steady at 6.40 miling (7.5)
65.5 miles. A pretty good week and happy to have done a session this week and felt ok.
