Tuesday - AM - 44 mins easy at 7.17 miling and 139 bpm. (6)
PM - 4 x (3,2,1) all off 1 minute. Did this around the park as had evening plans. Felt good and did on the grass. (12.5)
Wednesday - 74 mins steady at 6.43 miling and 144 bpm (11)
Thursday - 20/20/20 moving from 6.20/mile to 5.45 to 5.10 (10.5)
Friday - 54 mins steady at 6.47 miling (8)
Saturday - 71 min run with 4 laps of Heath loop tempo. 6.50,6.54,6.58,6.49. Quickest times since I started recording on this loop so pretty happy. 35 mins warm up too. (11.5)
86.5 miles. Some solid sessions and feel like I'm running well now.
