Trainingsession 18th-24th April
Sunday - REST - couldn't run due to 'issue'
Monday - 55 mins steady. Legs felt really good. Was doing sub 6 miling which is rare for my morning run! (9)
Tuesday - AM - couldn't run....
PM - 50 mins with 4 x 1 mile tempo (4.57, 4.57, 5.03, 5.00) off 90secs. Felt good, Painkillers were great! (8.5)
Wednesday - 46 mins steady (7.5)
Thursday - 29 mins easy (4.5)
Friday - 30 mins easy (4.5)
Saturday - 19 mins easy (3)
37 miles. Main problem is my infection but legs feel really good when I'm running... Ready for the race now.
