Trainingsession 1st Nov - 7th Nov

Sunday - Rest

Monday - Rest

Tuesday - Rest

Wednesday - 37mins easy (5.5) No pain, so an encouraging sign, after an enforced rest.

Thursday - 46 mins steady (7) Still no pain, lots of stretching and some massage also, as usual.

Friday - AM - 40mins steady (6)

            PM - 30 mins steady on treadmill. Hip started to feel sore a bit so backed off. Slightly disappointing. (4.5)

Saturday - 15@6.30/15@5.45/15@5.20. Basically it's do or die now and ate a big meal a bit too close to this as wasn't expecting Nick to ask me to do this! Hip got through it, but didn't do 5 x 3mins @10k pace after it as it was still a bit sore (and I thought I may throw up!) (8)

Well, the hip is sore again, but not so I can't run. Am gambling a bit now but it is definitely less sore to touch and poke, so fingers crossed it is healing!

I'm pretty crap at doing anything at all when I'm injured to be honest! I've never aquajogged and hate going to the gym, generally. I know I should though, and it's just a case of forcng myself I guess!

Have you thought about doing some aqua jogging sessions whilst going through this hip problem?
Can be beneficial- have you ever tried it before?
