Tuesday - AM - 30 mins easy (4 miles)
PM - 5 x 1 mile tempo (5.05, 5.09, 5.02, 5.18, 5.18) off 75 secs. Strong wind so last few were slow! (8 miles)
Wednesday - 48 mins steady along canal (7.3 miles)
Thursday - 30 mins steady (4.5 miles)
Friday - 25 mins jog round the last loop of the marathon (3.2 miles)
Saturday - 22 mins jog with Full Potential group (2.5 miles)
40 miles. Not much to say really. Easy week for the marathon! Feel ok. Not amazing, but ok.
