Trainingsession 23-30th May
Sunday - 89 mins in hilly Dorset @6.21 miling. This was either steep up or steep down and really hard work. Was really hot too so pretty pleased to get it done. The hills were pretty epic (14)
Monday - AM - 46 mins steady round the Heath (6.5)
PM - 52 mins steady running home (net uphill) (8)
Tuesday - AM - 44 mins easy (6.5)
PM - 46 mins with 30 mins tempo (5.12-5.20 miling). Felt ok. (8.5)
Wednesday - 46 mins steady at 6.17 miling (7.5)
Thursday - 63 mins steady at 6.21 miling running home (9)
Friday - 44 mins steady (7)
Saturday - AM - 5k time trial at track (15.30) then 3 mins recovery, then 4 x 1 mile off 90secs (5.05, 5.02, 4.59, 5.00) Was very wet and windy. Felt a bit tired, but is still early days (12)
PM - 33 mins easy (5)
84 miles. Getting more into the swing of it now. Obviously not fully fit but running regularly and doing some sessions.
