Sunday - REST due to groin pain....
Monday - AM - 43 mins easy in Melbourne along coast at 6.17 miling and 144 bpm (7)
PM - 47 mins steady around Albert PArk in Melbourne at 6.13 miling and 147 bpm (7.5)
Tuesday - 83 mins easy with a friend who lives in Melbourne at 7.13 miling. Easy run but great to catch up! (13.5)
Wednesday - Very sore groin again.... REST
Thursday - Travelled Home
Friday - 89 mins steady at 6.40 miling and 152 bpm (13.5)
Saturday - 62 mins steady at 6.44 miling 147 bpm (9)
50.5 miles. Travelling and niggles made it a bit of a crap week.
