Sunday - 1 hour 43 at 6.59 miling with Fraser on the Heath (15)
Monday - AM - 53 mins steady at 6.52 miling (8)
PM - 50 mins home from work along the canal at 6.29 miling (7.5)
Tuesday - AM - 44 mins around Regents Park at 7.22 miling and 137 bpm (6)
PM - 8 x 1100m canal runs with Kent AC off 1 min. Not been here for ages but was a good session and was consistent throughout. The odd reps are a bit uphill, so are a bit slower. 3.18, 3.12, 3.17, 3.12, 3.19, 3.11, 3.19, 3.09. PB times for this session so pretty happy! Felt very good. (10)
Wednesday - 77 mins steady round the heath. 6.31 miling and 142 bpm (12)
Thursday - AM - 43 mns easy at 6.54 miling (6)
PM - 6 mile tempo with Hutchins round the Serpentine. Averaged 5.03 miling and felt pretty good. (11)
Friday - 55 mins steady along the canal in 6.27 miling (8.5)
Saturday - 1hr35 with 3 x 10mins Kenyan Hills ona triangle loop on Parliament Hill with Fraser. Tough session butwas pretty solid throughout with simialr times. Averaged 5.25 miling on each rep. (14)
98 miles. Really pleased with the Tuesday session and some decent miles also.

Thanks Dan! The Kenyan hills are really tough. I think it's the mental challenge of incessant hill running more than anything but they really do toughen you up that's for sure...

I can see why you are a top class runner. The weeks training was solid. Those 3 X Kenyan Hills must have hurt but it's that kind of training that makes a strong runner.
