Shoes
Sorry - I missed this! I do yes. I prefer lighter shoes, whatever the run, but for easy/steady runs I use Saucony GetGo or Tangents or Ride. Tempo runs I use lighter shoes, like a standard road racer, or a much lighter trainer like the Saucony Kinvara or Tangent. What a good link for me to promote the Saucony brand. I hope they see it!
