Monday - REST
Tuesday - AM - 32 mins easy at 154 bpm and 7.21 miling. Heart rate all over the place again! (4.5)
PM - 48 mins with 5 x 1 mile marathon pace in. Felt controlled and comfortable. (5.09, 5.10, 5.08, 5.14, 5.18). Was windy so had wind in my face for last 2. All off 90 secs (8.5).
Wednesday - 42mins easy at 7.08 miling (6)
Thursday - 39mins easy at 6.42 miling at 145 bpm (6)
Friday - 29 mins very easy at 8.10 miling along Barcelona seafront and 138 bpm. Ran with Dan, Martin and Michelle (3.5)
Saturday - 21 mins jog on my own. Legs feel good and ready to go! 7.30 miling (3)
42 miles. Feel fine this week, although it's all easy running! Ready to rock n roll tomorrow!
