Monday - AM - 44 mins steady aat 7.19 miling and 145 bpm (6)
PM - 49 mins steady at 6.47 miling and 148 bpm (7.5)
Tuesday - AM - 43 mins easy. Watch strap broke so had to run without a watch for a week! (6.5)
PM - TBC!
Wednesday - 77 mins steady. Groin quite sore on right side but it eased off later on. (11)
Thursday - AM - 45 mins easy (6.5)
PM - 60 mins steady (9)
Friday - 50 mins steady (8)
Saturday - 50 mins run with 20 mins tempo around Hampstead Heath (9)
81.5 miles. An ok week but right groin still sore and bloody Garmin strap broke.
